Seasons

I’ve been thru Winters…
That froze me from head to toe….
That left me bare and lonely….

I’ve been thru Springs…
That gave me hope of warmth…
That kept me going ahead…

I’ve been thru Summers…
That warmed me and my spirits…
That brought out the best in me….

I’ve been thru Autumns…
That warned me of the winters forthcoming...
That made me mindful…

This I learn are the seasons of Life…
This I learn is the Circle of Life…
Taking its turn from birth to death…..
